Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced.

Step 2

Line an oven dish with baking paper.

Step 3

Combine chicken, corn, bean and half the salsa in a large bowl.

Step 4

Place tortillas on a clean work surface and top with chicken mixture, roll up to enclosed filling.

Step 5

Arrange tortillas in prepared dish and spoon over remaining salsa and sprinkle with cheese, drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

Step 6

Sprinkle chicken wraps with coriander leaves and serve with lime wedges if using.

These are so easy to prepare and very tasty...I used a hot salsa...but it's the surprising flavor of the sweet chili sauce that makes this so special...I did cut the recipe in half...made for the "Only the Lonely" tag game...
