Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups skinless chicken (cooked, shredded)
  • 1 can (420 gram) whole kernel corn (rinsed)
  • 1 can (400 gram) kidney beans (rinsed, red beans)
  • 1 jar (300 gram) salsa (chunky mild salsa)
  • 8 flour (320 grams) tortillas
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup chilli sauce (sweet)
  • Coriander leaves, to serve (optional)
  • Lime wedges, to serve (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced.

  • Step 2: Line an oven dish with baking paper.

  • Step 3: Combine chicken, corn, bean and half the salsa in a large bowl.

  • Step 4: Place tortillas on a clean work surface and top with chicken mixture, roll up to enclosed filling.

  • Step 5: Arrange tortillas in prepared dish and spoon over remaining salsa and sprinkle with cheese, drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle chicken wraps with coriander leaves and serve with lime wedges if using.
