How can something this simple taste so amazing? I even made it using low-fat cream cheese, skim milk, and reduced-fat bleu cheese, and it was fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing such an easy and wonderfully tasty recipe! I'll also be using the sauce on a number of other things...potatoes, other vegetables, and quite possibly as a warm dip for vegetable crackers.
