"Everyone makes Apple Crisp, I think, but this particular recipe is an old one from my Grammy. This has NO oatmeal in the topping, but the topping is crisp and delicious. You just can't wait to taste it. It is perfect on any night with any meal."

Love, love, love Apple Crisp! Grandma made it just about every Sunday dinner. Only if you finished your dinner though. ;)

I used Macintosh apples and it was yummy warmed with ice cream. It's an old fashioned fall dessert that we couldn't wait to try. We saved it to have again!

Nothing says fall like apples and this crisp is so delicious! We like ours with ice cream, but Cool Whip is another alternative you might like.

Another easy and so delicious apple recipe that I made to use up those that I got at the orchard. This is really delicious Mimi and I will make it again. Served warm out of the oven with big scoops of ice cream, it can't be beat!

I picked some apples from one of the local orchards. The first thing I wanted to make was a crisp and made this for us. We loved that it is different than others we have had and it was so yummy out of the oven with a scoop of ice cream. I let the ice cream melt a bit to make like a cool cream and each and every bite was delicious!
