Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook spaghetti in boiling chicken stock to al dente. Drain

Mix soups ,mushrooms, sherry,almonds,parsley and spaghetti

Layer spaghetti mixture

Cheeses

Step 7

Repeat ending with cheeses

Sprinkle on paprika

Bake 350 for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly

Daily Inspiration

Made this tasty casserole for dinner tonight. I did not boil the noodles in the chicken broth as 2 cups did not seem like enough liquid. The only changes I made was to use sauteed fresh mushrooms and I didnt layer the casserole. I also used sharp cheddar vs. american cheese. We enjoyed this casserole very much and will definitely make it again.
