I made these up adding food coloring to make them yellow, orange and green to match my tablecloth for our Thanksgiving dessert table. They are so festive with the fall colors, and taste so good. I am hoping they will aide those of us who eat too much on Thursday, and need a little mint for digestion!

These are easy to do and I made them to give to my neighbor for her birthday. I dipped half of each patty in milk chocolate and they looked pretty fancy. I think I may make some again soon to use on my Christmas trays!

These are lovely for a quick mint. The mint flavour was very mild, so I added 3/4 tsp of peppermint extract and it probably would be better with a full teaspoon. Hope you don't mind, but I thought it needed a wee bit of colour, so added a chocolate drizzle. I made 50 (10g) patties. These will be part of our Christmas! Thank you for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe tag.
