Wow this was so very good, the sauce just makes this over the top, I first browned the roast with garlic salt and pepper along with the onions (I didn't have any steak seasoning), added in a clove of garlic and pinch of cayenne pepper, I served the pork and sauce with mashed potatoes and my family was in pork roast heaven, I'm saving this recipe for sure and going to use the steak seasoning next time, thanks!
