Loved your stuffed peppers Acadia Too! I made them with half beef and pork also added in a yellow onion to the meet mix and some garlic powder and salt and pepper, before I topped them with the pepper tops I sprinkled some mozzarella cheese over the beef mixture, What a hit, thanks!

This is strawberry season so I am making lots of different strawberry recipes, for this recipe I cut butter to 1/4 cup and used 1/4 cup applesauce, I was in a rush so I left out the streusel topping I'll make it next time, your muffins are top notch Sue, I'll be making them many times again, thank you!
