Step 1

Preheat oven to 225 degree F.

Step 2

Wish together the egg white and water.

Step 3

Mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Step 4

Mix the pecans into the egg wash.

Step 5

Now add the pecans to the sugar and toss to coat.

Step 6

Spread cookies on foil lined cookie sheets and bake at 225 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally

Step 7

After 45 minutes, increase the temperature to 275 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes

I had a ton of pecans in my freezer from last Christmas that had to be used up, knowing the recipes here are all top notch I knew this one would be no exception, and I was right, five stars plus for this recipe! I am totally addicted to thse nuts, I'll save this recipe to make next holiday season, thank you.
