Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place pork roast into a medium sized crock pot. Season the roast with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a bowl mix salsa, brown sugar and Coke. Pour over roast.

Step 3

Cook on Low setting for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.

Step 4

Once pork is cooked, remove from crock pot and shred. Remove half of the sauce in the crock pot and return the shredded pork. Mix thoroughly with the remaining sauce.

Step 5

Lightly spray a cookie sheet.

Step 6

Place 1/4 cup of shredded pork on to a tortilla and roll tight. (A little juice may leak out but makes it all the yummier)

Step 7

Sprinkle the top with cheese.

Step 8

Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes.

Step 9

Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Step 10

Place them on a platter with a bowl of Ranch dressing or your favorite dressing.
