A great chicken soup ,deserving more than 5 stars.I added a few homemade soup noodles as I was out of pot barley.I love the addition of the tumeric and ginger and the blend of the other spices. A recipe that will be in the favorite file.If looking for a new chicken soup recipe then this is the one to make . Thanks Gerry!!!

Delicious, .I made a number of batches this summer.One batch I made I did not have quite enough cucs so I added some cauliflower. That was also delicious. I have handed out the recipe to a few people. Thanks for the great recipe Gerry!

Made this dish to go along with my cutlets. Perfect summer dish! We loved the combo of the flavors in the dressing. Being short of time I did par cook the potatoes and carrots then poured some of the dressing over them while they were still hot. I then added them to the remaining (which I had mixed with the dressing)and started grilling . A dish that will be my go to . Thank-you Gerry for a new and delicious recipe.

Our family has found our new favorite Caesar salad dressing. So simple yet with a great burst of garlic flavor. I did put half of the parmesan cheese on the salad and half in the dressing . Just plain GREAT!!! Thanks for sharing Gerry!

Christmas means Butter Tarts for us Saskatchewan folks. Always keeping an eye open for the best recipe and I have found the one.

These tarts are absolutely Delicious. I used the golden raisins since they where nice and plump. So very easy to put together using ready made shells which I put on a cookie sheet to bake. Time permitting I will be making a couple more batches using a home made shell. That would send them right over the top. Thanks Gerry for sharing this wonderful recipe

for a wedding and a crowd pleaser they were. Love the flavour of cream cheese with the addition of the chocolate and nuts. you will have an empty platter and requests for the recipe. I followed the recipe with no changes. Thanks Gerry for sharing this awesome recipe, a new favourite in our home.

Awesomely delicious is the perfect description for these mouth watering treats. I made these dainties for a wedding and a hit they were.A copy of the recipe was requested by a number of guests.
The only change I made was to use unsweetened coconut, in order to cut back a bit on the sweetness. Thanks Gerry for sharing this wonderful recipe that is in my favourites file. The dainties with be on my holiday tray this year.
