"A recipe that is tender and tangy and you can enjoy anytime of the year. Serve on kaiser or hamburger buns with a side of cole slaw and pickles and your meal is complete. Great for a group of people. I found this recipe a few years back in a magazine. (a great meal that you can serve after the holidays after all the big meals and just need something slightly different, this would just fit the bill.)"

A long over due review on this great potluck and crowd pleaser which has seen to a number of makings at our house. I have to agree it is perfect served on a Kaiser bun along with coleslaw and pickles. Made as posted but without the optional liquid smoke and wouldn't change a thing. When serving a crowd I use one of my favorite crock pots which looks inviting and keeps this delicious bbq beef just right for serving. Thank you for another of your winners Dot!
