"A family favorite that we have been enjoying for a few years. Often requested. If looking for a new salad to add to your summer BBQ this would be the one. However great served with any meal or for a lunch .If you do not have fresh parsley then dried parsley could be used but it is worth the trip to the grocery store to purchase fresh. Vegetables can be easily adjusted. Hope you enjoy this salad as much as we do."
