"A family favorite that we have been enjoying for a few years. Often requested. If looking for a new salad to add to your summer BBQ this would be the one. However great served with any meal or for a lunch .If you do not have fresh parsley then dried parsley could be used but it is worth the trip to the grocery store to purchase fresh. Vegetables can be easily adjusted. Hope you enjoy this salad as much as we do."

Whisk together dressing ingredients

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl

Made this wonderfully delicious salad awhile back, the recipe went to both my Family Favourites Salad Cookbook and my recipe drawer to have close at hand. The ingredients come together making for one great salad that tastes as good as it looks. Will be making for our summer barbecues. I found it also makes for a delicious light summer lunch. Another Dot winner that will be see to a good many reruns.
