Step 1
Put all ingredients in a bowl in order given.

Mix until smooth

Add walnuts (optional)

Pour into greased 9X13 pan and bake @350F for about 30 - 35 minutes or tester comes out clean. (do not overbake)
Step 5
Mix all ingredients for the glaze and pour over brownies while still hot
