Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion and thyme until soft minutes.
Step 2
Add mushrooms, cook stirring for 8 to 10 minutes or until well browned.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the red wine and cook for 1 minute, scraping up any cooked on bits.
Step 5
Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic and green onions. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes or until thickened.
Step 6
Stir in the sour cream and toss with warm noodles.
