Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter sides and bottom of a 9x5-inch loaf pan; set aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl , combine flour, baking powder, garlic, nutmeg and salt. Stir in kale and feta cheese.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk oil, eggs, yogurt, and milk. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 4
Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 5
Let sit out of the oven for 10 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely.
