Step by Step Method

Prepare Mornay sauce.
Step 2
In pan, melt butter.

Add flour and cook over medium heat, whisking regularly, 2 to 3 minutes.

Do not let mixture burn or brown

Add chicken base, then gradually add milk, whisking until smooth.

When milk is hot, take off heat and stir in cheeses

Stirring, until mixture is smooth and cheese is melted

Put aside

Preheat broiler.

Lightly butter four casserole dishes, each large enough to hold a slice of bread.

Set a slice of toast in the bottom of each casserole.

Top each with a fourth of the turkey. Pour about ½ cup Mornay sauce over each sandwich

Then garnish with black olives and Parmesan cheese.

Set under broiler and cook until sauce bubbles and cheese is lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
