Step by Step Method

Step 1

Peel and discard skin from watermelon and cut flesh into 3cm pieces, you will need 350 grams of flesh.

Step 2

Trim and discard stalks fr strawberries.

Step 3

Place watermelon flesh, strawberries, sugar and juice in a blender and blend well until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Pour mixture evenly into 6 x 125ml capacity ice pop moulds.

Step 5

Tap bases of the moulds to remove air bubbles and insert sticks and freeze over nights.

Step 6

When ready to serve, run moulds under water for a couple of seconds to remove ice pops.
