Step 1: Peel and discard skin from watermelon and cut flesh into 3cm pieces, you will need 350 grams of flesh.
Step 2: Trim and discard stalks fr strawberries.
Step 3: Place watermelon flesh, strawberries, sugar and juice in a blender and blend well until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Pour mixture evenly into 6 x 125ml capacity ice pop moulds.
Step 5: Tap bases of the moulds to remove air bubbles and insert sticks and freeze over nights.
Step 6: When ready to serve, run moulds under water for a couple of seconds to remove ice pops.
