Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Lightly brown pork chops in a small amount of olive oil.
Step 3
Place chops in a flat baking dish.
Step 4
Combine all other ingredients over low heat and pour over chops.
Step 5
Cover and bake 45 minutes basting occasionally.
Step 6
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Step 7
Place chops on warming platter while sauce is thickened very slightly with flour.
Step 8
Pour sauce over chops and serve.
