Step 1
In large bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Set aside.
Step 2
Remove seeds from tomatoes and chop into 1/4" pieces.
Step 3
Spread cream cheese mixture into 12" round serving dish.
Step 4
Pour cocktail sauce evenly over mixture.
Step 5
Layer with green bell pepper, green onions, and tomato.
Step 6
Top with cooked crabmeat and shrimp.
Step 7
Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Step 8
Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
