"When I tested this recipe I cut the recpe in half. I found that the patties were very large and I would say the recipe will make 4-6. The flavour is great but the texture is very soft so do not try to BBQ, you need a firm skillet under them. Watch your medium heat you will want to cook these slowly to get a crisp outside and Mmmm inside. I love to add tomato, lettuce and some chutney to top off the burger. The recipe was posted in the Oh Canada Magazine by a Denise Hollebeke with a couple of small changes by me"

Gently combine the first nine ingredients, form into 4 patties

Spray a skillet with oil, medium heat, cook the burgers browning both sides until golden.
