"When I tested this recipe I cut the recpe in half. I found that the patties were very large and I would say the recipe will make 4-6. The flavour is great but the texture is very soft so do not try to BBQ, you need a firm skillet under them. Watch your medium heat you will want to cook these slowly to get a crisp outside and Mmmm inside. I love to add tomato, lettuce and some chutney to top off the burger. Step by Step Method

Step 1

Gently combine the first nine ingredients, form into 4 patties

Step 2

Spray a skillet with oil, medium heat, cook the burgers browning both sides until golden.

Step 3

Serve on toasted buns with condiments your favorite condiments
