  • 2 eggs (large eggs, lightly beaten)
  • 2 cups mushrooms (fresh, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cheese (cheddar cheese aged or medium cheddar cheese, grated)
  • 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun Spice (0ptional)
  • 1 teaspoon oil( vegetable oil, Spray of Olive oil)
  • Whole wheat burger buns (4-6 buns)
