Step 1

Preheat oven to 325f degrees.

Step 2

In a large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a veggie sprayed casserole.

Step 3

Cover and bake in preheated 325f degree oven for 45 minutes to one hour.

Step 4

Remove lid for the last 10 or 15 minutes.

Great combination of veggies. I used SuiChoy cabbage. Because my oven sometimes seems to have a lower than normal temperature I baked the veggies at 350 for the 45 minutes - perfect the celery and carrots still had crunch. Very attractive to serve as well as being delicious. Made for Derf's Cookathon Sept 2013

Have to agree, a great mix of vegetables! Made as posted, we loved every bite. I do have plans for this one - subbed with vegetable broth will give me a great dish for our vegetarian lunches, made in a foil pan should make for an easy to do bbq vegetable side.Thank for another of your recipes that is so a repeatable!
