"I threw this together tonight and we loved it. I hope you do too. So simple and very tasty. I like to uncover the squash for the last 15 minutes. Sub Butternut if you wish."

Step by Step Method

Preheat oven to 375f.
Step 2
Place halves in an ovenproof dish.
Step 3
Place the butter, blueberries, cinnamon & orange juice evenly between the two squash cavitiy halves.
Step 4
Cover with foil.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour or until the squash is lovely & soft.
