Step 1

Preheat oven to 230C/210C fan-forced.

Step 2

Combine tuna, salsa, corn, 1/3 cup cheese and 1/2 the onion in a large bowl.

Step 3

Place chips/fries on a large baking tray and cook following packet directions until golden.

Step 4

Preheat oven grill to medium-high and top chips/fries with tuna mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese and grill/broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Step 5

Sprinkle with tomato and remaining onion and serve.
