Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 425 grams tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
  • 375 grams tomato salsa
  • 420 grams corn kernels, drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 900 grams cut chips, frozen straight cut chips (fries) specified
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 230C/210C fan-forced.

  • Step 2: Combine tuna, salsa, corn, 1/3 cup cheese and 1/2 the onion in a large bowl.

  • Step 3: Place chips/fries on a large baking tray and cook following packet directions until golden.

  • Step 4: Preheat oven grill to medium-high and top chips/fries with tuna mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese and grill/broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese has melted.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with tomato and remaining onion and serve.
