Loved the flavors...I use an English cucumber so I decided not to peel it..I cut the recipe in half and there was plenty for two...I served mine with soft pita wedges...thanks for posting the recipe...

Loved this combination! Used this for lettuce wraps which I throughly enjoyed. I'm sure this would taste just as great using canned salmon. Will be seeing to repeats. Thank you for sharing.
