Step by Step Method
Step 1
Warm eggs over very low heat.
Step 2
When eggs are beginning to set, add butter in small pieces.
Step 3
When butter is melted, add cheeses and wine.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper. Stir until thickened and creamy.

Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
