Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Mix crab, mayonnaise, onion, green onions, salt to taste and lemon juice.
Step 3
Place a tomato slice on each toasted buttered muffin half.
Step 4
Arrange crab salad on top of tomato, dividing equally among sandwiches.
Step 5
Top each with a slice of mozzarella.
Step 6
Transfer to a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned.

Serves 6, with 2 open-face sandwiches per serving.
