Step 1

Place all ingredients into your crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Step 2

After about 4 hours of cooking, you may want to stir everything together- but if you're not home it's no big deal. Otherwise, about 20 minutes before serving, stir it all together to help evenly distribute the cream cheese and dressing packets.

Step 3

Serve with noodles of choice, rice, mashed potatoes or on it's own.

Step 4

OPTIONAL - You may also want to add some peas (towards that last 5 minutes of cooking or stir them directly when it's finished cooking and keep the lid closed for 5 minutes until heated through.

Exactly as the title says -- easy peasy good chicken. I usually don't like chicken in a crockpot but this one is good and the chicken didn't fall apart but stayed in good size pieces (mine were half breasts) or 4 breasts total. I did cut them up into smaller pieces after cooking. I also discovered crockpot bags, so clean-up was a breeze. Really good easy peasy is a wonderful title for this chicken. Thanks for sharing!
