Step by Step Method

I love it when I stumble upon a recipe and I have all the ingredients handy...this was so easy and quick to prepare...I subbed sweet onion for the red...and old fashion iceberg lettuce for the curly...this is so yummy...I used hot salsa and threw on some chopped cilantro and enjoyed it for a late lunch...I let it hang in the refrigerator for a couple of hours...this is a keeper...next time I think I toss in some diced jalapeno..made for "Only the Lonely" tag game...
