"I love this recipe found in Better homes and Gardens Cookbook years go. I tend to like things made from scratch much better than those found in the grocery store or some restaurants. Times to boil are a guess. It would depend on how high your oven or stove-top cooks"

I added in some nutmeg for added flavor and served in cups with a smidgen of Cool Whip over the top and it was eaten right up!

We love tapioca pudding and I am happy to find it posted here to try. It came out very well and served with a dollop of whip cream and it was delicious!

Engrossed

This is a GREAT basic recipe for tapioca! I've had several types of tapioca sitting in my cupboard for ages, so decided to tag this in the Recipebook tag game. It doesn't say which kind of tapioca to use, but from reading the back of the packages, I surmised this recipe is for "Minute" tapioca. I used half sugar/half Splenda and 2% organic milk. This ends up a nice creamy thick vanilla pudding.

Made this recipe as given & it is delightful all on its own! I then made a second batch because I have a dessert I make with tapioca pudding added to a package of cream cheese, just to add a little variety to my enjoyment of tapioca! Many thanks for sharing your recipe ~ It's wonderful!
