Lovely dessert! I could not get Granny Smith apples so used 2 different kinds of home grown apples. Also used sultanas and craisins. Served this with whipped cream. This was very much enjoyed! Thank you for sharing Tisme! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

I had an abundance of apples and the fact that I love apple crisp, it came naturally to make this recipe. This version was well enjoyed, given that I happen to Love streusel toppings and coconut! Decided to make in a 9x13" Pyrex instead of the ramekins, which turned out fine. Thank you, Tis for sharing. Made it for PickMe Tag.

I love crisps and this was great with the coconut and pecans. Topped with the ice cream for one fine dessert. I didn't add the sultanas, but did add cut up pieces of pineapple. Yum!

I scaled this back for 2 serves but due to a change only made one serve and was going great till I made the crumble got side tracked and made as per two serves and did not realize until I had put it onto the apple so my topping was rather thick but still delicious. I did not use the sultanas otherwise cooked as per recipe but only needed a few minutes in the microwave for one serve. Thank you Tisme made for Alphabet Soup Game.
