"Not very often do I post a recipe I have not tried or tasted myself.
Bu I am posting this recipe to try very soon ~ It came from The Sydney Vegetable and Fruit Market, and I am wanting to try it soon.
I am posting this for You Want What?! A Recipe Posting Game 2016, and will be trying it myself very soon."
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
Combine the apples, caster sugar and water in a large/wide microwave safe dish. Cover dish and microwave on high for 12-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden and tender then stir through sultanas & set aside to cool for 15 minutes.
To make crumble topping: Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl & rub in butter until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs then stir in the pecans and coconut.
Spoon apple mixture into 6 x 3⁄4 cup greased ovenproof ramekins. Top apple with crumble topping. Place ramekins onto a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and golden.
Cool slightly and serve with ice-cream or cream.

I love crisps and this was great with the coconut and pecans. Topped with the ice cream for one fine dessert. I didn't add the sultanas, but did add cut up pieces of pineapple. Yum!
I scaled this back for 2 serves but due to a change only made one serve and was going great till I made the crumble got side tracked and made as per two serves and did not realize until I had put it onto the apple so my topping was rather thick but still delicious. I did not use the sultanas otherwise cooked as per recipe but only needed a few minutes in the microwave for one serve. Thank you Tisme made for Alphabet Soup Game.
I made this today and we had it for dessert with ice cream, my family loved it and told me they want it again very soon. Thank you very much!
