  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca
  • 2 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine sugar, Tapioca, Milk and egg and let sit in saucepan for 6 minutes

  • Step 2: Cook over Medium heat Stir until full boil

  • Step 3: Stir in vanilla

  • Step 4: Pudding thickens and softens as it cools. I cool to room temperature 1 1/2 hours then in refrigerator 1 hour
