Step 1: Combine sugar, Tapioca, Milk and egg and let sit in saucepan for 6 minutes
Step 2: Cook over Medium heat Stir until full boil
Step 3: Stir in vanilla
Step 4: Pudding thickens and softens as it cools. I cool to room temperature 1 1/2 hours then in refrigerator 1 hour
