Taco Grilled Chicken

Step 1

In small bowl combine oil, water, garlic, seasoning mix and lemon juice. Place chicken in plastic bag; add marinade and seal. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours. (Or what I do is prepare it in the morning and grill it in the evening).

Step 2

Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for about 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from grill and spoon salsa on top to serve.

This chicken really is yummy!! lovely juicy with loads of flavour, loved it with the salsa over and served over brown rice. lovely supper, i'll be making this one again, I used home made taco seasoning by Dee_cooker41, turned out very tasty.
