Step 1: In small bowl combine oil, water, garlic, seasoning mix and lemon juice. Place chicken in plastic bag; add marinade and seal. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours. (Or what I do is prepare it in the morning and grill it in the evening).
Step 2: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for about 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from grill and spoon salsa on top to serve.
