Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, and very generously coat a 15x10-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the flour, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a shallow bowl, combine the eggs and milk and whisk until well blended.
Step 4
Dip chicken into the egg mixture and then dredge in flour mixture to coat both sides evenly.
Step 5
Place chicken into baking pan, bone side down-skin side up.
Step 6
Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
