Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (1 ounce) envelopes taco seasoning (mild or spicy)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (if your using spicy taco seasoning then leave out the pepper)
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 to 4 pounds chicken, cut up

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, and very generously coat a 15x10-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the flour, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: In a shallow bowl, combine the eggs and milk and whisk until well blended.

  • Step 4: Dip chicken into the egg mixture and then dredge in flour mixture to coat both sides evenly.

  • Step 5: Place chicken into baking pan, bone side down-skin side up.

  • Step 6: Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
