Step 1

Slice all veggies.

Heat skillet with olive oil, add veggies.

Saute until Brussels sprouts start to caramelize.

What a great reipe. The veggies are so delicious that even a veggie hater would enjoy these. I cut the sprouts top to bottom used red & yellow peppers (it's what I had on hand). This recipe will be made over & over again.
