Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the juice, soy sauce, garlic, coriander, and optional cayenne pepper.

Step 2

Add the wings and let marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 4

On a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, arrange the chicken in a single layer.

Step 5

Pour 1 cup of the marinade over the chicken, then sprinkle over half the gelatin and half the seeds; bake for 25 minutes.

Step 6

Turn the chicken over and sprinkle with remaining gelatin and the seeds of your choice, then bake until browned, about 20 minutes.

Step 7

Note: Chicken thighs may require an additional 10 minutes roasting time.

Step 8

Discard any remaining marinade!
