Step by Step Method
Step 1
Prepare the sweet potato, apple, & onion.
Step 2
Lightly spray an oven proof dish large enough to hold the veggies.
Step 3
Place veggies in dish, mix well, lightly spray the top.
Step 4
Pour in the orange juice.
Step 5
Sprinkle on the cinnamon & season with salt & pepper.
Step 6
Cover & bake in 350 f oven for 25 minutes.
Step 7
Uncover & continue baking for a further 20 minutes or until the sweet potato is tender.
Step 8
It's ready.
