Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
Step 3
Cut each bacon slice into thirds - wrap each chicken cube with bacon.
Step 4
Stir together brown sugar and chili powder - dredge the wrapped chicken mixture in the sugar/chili powder mix- secure each wrap with a toothpick.
Step 5
Coat a rack and broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 6
Place chicken wrap on rack - Bake 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
