"I picked this up at the Campbell's web site, it's an easy little number and kid friendly, I add a bit more brown sugar and season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. You can substitute 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick(about 1 pound) for the chicken. "

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it's well browned on both sides.

Step 2

Stir the soup, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with the rice.

This was a nice and easy way to make chicken. Cooking the chicken in the sauce made it very moist and added a good flavor. I added a little more sugar, I like the more sweet flavor instead of the tangy that the vinegar gave. I served it over rice with a side of veggies, Overall very good I will be making it again =)
