Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook rotini according to package directions and cool.

Step 2

Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a bowl; set aside.

Step 3

Chop all veggies and chicken; add to the rotini.

Step 4

Pour dressing over pasta and veggie mixture; stir well to combine.

Step 5

Cover and refrigerate salad at least 4 hours before serving. Longer sit time is better in order for flavors to blend.

Step 6

Stir well before serving.
