"This cheese ball is great for a football gathering, especially pretty for the Super Bowl. It is delicious and it will go fast as everyone loves it. Sometimes I even bring this to the ladies Bible study as they love it, too."

Step 1

With an electric mixer, beat the first four ingredients till blended.

Step 2

Add onions and pepper and mix well; refrigerate several hours. Meanwhile, chop the nuts and set aside.

Step 3

Form into a football and coat with chopped nuts.

Step 4

Add sweet red pepper strips for the lacing and serve with crackers.
