Step 1
Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Step 2
Add mushrooms, snap peas and green onions and cook stirring constantly, until snap peas are bright green and mushrooms have released their liquid, 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add soy sauce and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more, until snap peas are crisp-tender.
Step 5
Serve. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired.
