"TO DIE FOR! In the ingredients list, there is one package of frozen strawberries, but you will only use 3/4 cup, freeze the rest for another time, or use fresh pureed. If you are using fresh, since there is not as much liquid you will need to add in some light or heavy cream to achieve the consistancy for spreading, you could use more than 3/4 cup puree if using fresh. Love this extra delicious strawberry frosting. It really is top shelf and will be treasured for many years to come by me. Right into my files to use over and over. It was so perfect for my simple vanilla cake!
