KATO BABY

Excellent Teresa. Thick, rich, smooth, creamy and full of flavor. It was quick and easy to make and it tasted great. Thank you for sharing a recipe that made my hubby very happy. Made just as written and wouldn't change a thing... for Down Home Cooking.

Except for the fact that I used fresh strawberries, I made this exactly as written. What a lovely light dessert, that turns out so pretty. I topped mine with some Persian fairy floss and it looked wonderful! Next time I will use frozen strawberries or at least freeze some fresh ones, as I think the frozen would mix into the mixture a little better. But with that said ...This was a beautiful and great tasting dessert, that in my opinion, could be made with any fruit matched to the same variety of jelly. The family loved this and I will be making this again over summer. Thanks Teresa.
